Purchases are processed through Creem, which acts as the Merchant of Record for the transaction. 4. Odeum Sounds Download Portal
Products are delivered through our download portal, which provides instant, secure access to your files using unique download tokens, expiry dates, and fixed request limits designed to prevent unauthorized sharing or excessive downloading.
When you use the download portal, we may record order ID, token status, request count, IP address, country, and related access logs. We use this information to secure your downloads, troubleshoot delivery issues, and detect abuse. Products may include order-related protection measures, such as digital watermarking, to help prevent unauthorized sharing.
